This week, I was invited to David Estes Street Team to promote his books! I am so honoured to be able to share his works with you all, as he is well and truly a gifted writer who writes awesome dystopians. I’ve only read the first in the series for both the Country Saga and The Dwellers, so received the rest to catch up on the series.

The Country Saga by David Estes –  Ice Country (#2) and Water & Storm Country (#3)

The Dwellers by David Estes – Star Dwellers (#2), Sun Dwellers (#3) and Earth Dwellers (#4). I will be posting my review of Moon Dwellers (#1) shortly.

  1. I've wanted to read the Feed series for so long, but I fear that Warm Bodies may have ruined me for all other zombie themed books. Throne of Glass wasn't my thing, I couldn't pronounce half the character's names.

But luuuuurve David Estes' dystopians. You can tell he completely throws himself into his writing, balls to the wall, so to speak.

    • Oh no, did you not enjoy Warm Bodies? I loved it, but not for the zombie aspect, I loved it because it was unconventional and had a very different love interest. Feed is VERY different from Warm Bodies, it's a lot like Mira Grant's Parasite series with the information overload which i loved.

      Yay for David Estes dystopians!

  2. I haven't read any of David Estes' work, but wow…that looks like such an awesome haul, and I might just be persuaded to try it! Fantastic haul this week, Jeann…I can't wait for all your reviews!

    • OMG Mel if you love dystopians you HAVE to get into The Moon Dwellers/Fire Country! I was hooked from the very first one (as you can see). Glad to hear it's a series that actually gets better…can't wait based on your review and a few others.

  3. How cool! I have his Angel Evolution book but I've yet to read it, maybe I'll have some time soon. I read your review for Fire Country and it sounds like he knows how to write a good book. I really want to try out Feed and I still need to read Throne of Glass. You definitely have a great haul this week! I hope you enjoy!

    • Yeah, I haven't read Angel Evolution either but I plan to sometime after I catch up with the rest of the series. Thanks Michelle, I will enjoy definitely 🙂 I've read Feed which is awesome and knew I would love the rest of the series!
