Happy New Year everyone! Thank you to all the friends, followers, publishers, authors who have supported Happy Indulgence! I wish you an awesome new year with lots of success, books and happiness!
During December, I read 10 books to finish the year. Lots of these have been on my TBR for a long time, so I’m glad I finally picked them up! A mixed bag with some great reads and others which weren’t so great.
Sorry about the dodgy camera quality – I dropped and broke my beloved camera that I used for filming, so I had to use my phone. I’m excited to get my first DSLR!

EEP, I really need to read Six of Crows! Although now I am a little scared to because everyone has loved it so much, so I will probably go in expecting it to be the best book ever *hides*
Are the Walking Dead comic worth reading? I've been contemplating starting them, but they are SO EXPENSIVE OMG. But still, I love that show a lot, so maybe it would be fun to read the comics!
That Darth Vader is so adorable!! I want one š
Also, good luck with finding your new camera, if you haven't already! I have been contemplating starting a BookTube, but I think I would be a bit awkward and probably swear too much, haha XD

Thank you so much Rochelle! Happy New Year and I hope you have a wonderful 2016 too.
Great month, Jeann. Mine wasn't as great. I barely read any books – the month was spectacularly hectic and this even with a week off from work. Looking forward to reading your thoughts on these books!
Thanks Joy! It was actually quite a hectic month with all things considered.
Yay for more booktube fun!!!! I'll be sure to check it out asap!! š

My recent post End of Year Book Survey – 2015
Thanks Wattle! Yesss I hope you pick it up after my raving about it!
My December was good reading wise. I managed to read 14 books, which is pretty average. Six of Crows was one of them and I loved it! Eleanor & Park is my favorite RR book, I'm so glad that you enjoyed it. The Martian made my top 2015 list, and My True Love Gave To Me was also a favorite December read.
My recent post Stacking The Shelves #69
14 books?! That's actually pretty amazing! I'm so glad you loved all those books, I had a great reading month too!
Ooooh First Life! That is one that I cannot WAIT to get my hands on! Same with Beautiful Broken Things! And I also got The Weight of Feathers for Christmas š
I love your thoughts on books, it's too funny! I am sad that you didn't really like Wrath though! I do see your points. I just, I don't know, liked it anyway hahha. Six of Crows was definitely good. I am VERY excited for you to read Ice Like Fire, because we had similar thoughts on Snow Like Ashes (and the same rating!) Hope you enjoy the new books, and thanks for sharing your thoughts on the December reads!
My recent post A Look Back, a Look Ahead: 2016
I'm looking forward to reading that – lots of great books for us to delve into! Yeah, I went into it a bit more in my full length review. I liked it but there were so many problems I had with it! Oooh interesting, have you read Ice Like Fire yet? What did you think of it? Thanks for watching Shannon!
I also went to see new Star Wars in December (midnight premiere, I could not wait LOL) and I agree with what you said in your review. It was (surprisingly) very funny and witty. Harrison Ford and Chewie were perfect. And Kylo Ren is very unique and intriguing character and I have so many theories about him š I really enjoyed whole movie.
Congratulations on getting engaged, Jeann!
My recent post MY MOST EXPECTED 2016 BOOK RELEASES
I loved it so much! Kylo Ren was an interesting conflicted character. I totally know what you mean about the theories! Thanks Lucia!
Congratulations on getting engaged!! What a way to start 2016!
I will get to Six of Crows after Ruin and Rising and hopefully, I'll get the hype as you guys did š
Thank you so much Trisha! It actually happened right before Christmas which was lovely. I can't wait for you to read it!
