February Wrap Up Video: STRANGE THE DREAMER RAVE

March 10, 2017 by Jeann @ Happy Indulgence | Books, Monthly Recap, Videos

So I didn’t get to read much during February, but it was a super productive month for wedding planning! I ended up booking our celebrant, photographer and making a lot of progress. There’s still a lot to be done but I’m feeling more organised now. Of what I did get to read, STRANGE THE DREAMER was absolutely amazing so I put together a video to rave about it, and to talk about the other books I read during February!

What about Aila & Jenna?

Aila has been dealing with a lot lately, so she’s on a short hiatus for the next few weeks. I’ll be covering her posts on Monday where there isn’t anything scheduled.

Jenna is in a bit of a reading slump but she’s got a great AUS giveaway going for We Come Apart, One and The Bombs Brought Us Together. Giveaway ends 19 March, 2017.

What are your thoughts on any of these books? Are you thinking of picking up Strange the Dreamer? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Yay for getting both the celebrant and photographer booked! We had the photographer booked but just sorted our officiant out last week so it looks like we're sort of on the same page. I think the caterer is our last BIG thing we need to sort out, then it'll just be decorations and timelines and all that fun stuff. I'm so excited for Dave to visit in April so we can actually sit down together in person and talk it all over.

Haha, I love your enthusiasm for Strange the Dreamer. As soon as you started talking about it you had a big smile on your face and were practically jumping up and down. It's awesome when you can get that into a book. I don't know when I'll read it just because I'm trying to get through all my already owned books before I purchase anything new (I need them all mostly read by next year so I don't have to freak out for my move to London), but it's definitely on my wishlist for the future. (The one good thing about that really is it's not a standalone so waiting to read it will mean less time to wait inbetween books. :P)

I can't contain myself when it comes to Strange the Dreamer, it pretty much surpassed every single expectation and is so well worth the wait. Pretty sure it will be my favourite book this year XD

I can't believe I still haven't read any Laini Taylor yet! I need to fix that ASAP! It seriously sounds amazing!
Yay for productive wedding plans, Jeann! I can only image the stress!
Hope to see you guys (Aila and Jenna) back soon!
    Happy reading!

    • OMG you have to start with Strange the Dreamer, it's sooo good Cyn! Oh my gosh I have had such a slack March because it's been uber stressful. Thank you lovely!

I really need to get to Windwitch soon. I wasn't in love with Truthwitch, so I keep putting it off. I'm curious about it though. Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
