5 Year Blogoversary Celebration Video + Giveaway

July 11, 2017 by Jeann @ Happy Indulgence | Books, Co-Blogging, Features, Videos

Today is Happy Indulgence’s 5th year, and I’m super proud about how far we’ve come since the very beginning! I would not still be blogging after such a long time without all of your support.

One of my favourite parts about blogging is definitely the people that I’ve met through our mutual love of books. I’m so happy to call you guys my friends and coming to blog at the end of a work day is like coming home after a long time away. Not everyone has a passion in life and it really keeps me going you know?

Our Celebration Video

Anyway, I’ve prepared something special for you today! Aila, Jenna and I jumped on Google Hangouts and answered a bunch of questions. It’s the first time we’ve done a video together (being in different countries and all) but we talk about what happens behind the scenes, funny co-blogger quirks, our favourite part about co-blogging together and some favourite book recommendations this year.

The video does contain some dodgy audio though, so sorry about that! Around the 15:43 min mark the video/audio does get clearer, thanks to Skype (boo Hangouts). You can watch the video here or below!

I hope you enjoy it! Please let us know what you think in the comments below, and subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already!

Aila and Jenna will be with you later on this week to share their blog celebration posts too 🙂

  1. I’m sorry I’m so late, I’ve been on hiatus. Happy Blogoversary!

You know, I started to follow Happy Indulgence when Jeann posted her “I’m looking for cobloggers” post, so I don’t really know Happy Indulgence “before”, but I really like “after” version.

I loved your video! It’s full of heart, happiness and positive emotions. It’s obvious how close you girls are, and you are amazing team. I’ve always been a solo blogger, but you’ve made me want to be a part of blogging team.

I started following the blog last year, and right after that, it became a favorite of mine, one that I check all the time ♥ Not only because of the content, the reviews and the books that you talk about, but also because of you, girls! You have an amazing relationship, and we can see that in the blog itself, in your tweets, your comments about each other. You’re co-bloggers and great friends 😀 And you put some much passion and hard work in every single post… Thank you for that! I wish you a very happy blogiversary, and I really hope to see you girls blogging for many, many more years! ♥ ♥

    • OMG Antonela you are just so lovely! I’m so glad that you enjoy our blog and our content. It’s made such a difference with both Aila and Jenna on Happy Indulgence, we have a blast blogging together. Thank you so much for making our week!
