I’m posting this wrap up pretty late because January was quite busy! We’re currently experiencing a heatwave at the moment and I think it got up to 40 degrees celsius here, which is insane! As expected, I didn’t get to read as much as previous months in January but I was still pretty happy with the amount I got through – especially since I didn’t read anything below 3 stars. Pressuring myself less when it comes to reading and blogging definitely helps!

It got to 45.7 out where I was on Sunday! I thankfully had air con but even when blasting it at 16 it struggled to cool my room down T_T
You may have not read as much but it was a fantastic reading month for you! Quality over quantity as they say haha
Woah, that is crazy Bec! I'm glad that the aircon was on at least! My one struggles to reach the bedroom unfortunately.
Apparently it got to 46 here where I live, though I was at sea so I wasn't here (thankfully). CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK TO READING YOUR BLOG, JEANN.
That is just insane Em! I MISSED YOU AND YOUR TRIP LOOKED AMAZING.
Your heat wave is quite famous! My friend from there posted the temperature and it was 47 C! That is hella hot!
Have a great week, Jeann!
Oh gosh, I think I would die in that weather IMO. Can barely survive what we have at the moment! You too, Joy!
Wow congratulations! You had an awesome month of reading!!
Thanks Susan! Lots of fantastic reads I got to pick up!
So funny, you are talking about a heat wave, and when I look out of my window, I see snow.
Oh I remember reading your review for Mao's last dancer… Is seems like an interesting read!
Irene
I know, isn't it funny how the southern and northern hemisphere works? I really enjoyed Mao's Last Dancer!
You had a pretty good reading month. There were ups and downs for me, and my favourite has to be Frostblood. Thanks for the post and hope Feb is good to you.
Ohhh I've heard mixed things about Frostblood! Thanks Angel, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
